Coaching Packages

Limited personal coaching positions are available.  I am not currently taking on new riders.  Self-guided training plans may be an option for you, especially if you are self-motivated and used to training and following a programme.

All coaching packages include a free consultation to build athlete profile including training and racing history, goals, schedule, equipment, etc. This is usually done via an emailed consultation form but if time and location permits, may be done face to face.  All prices shown include GST.

Standard

Daily Training Prescription

  • Personalised daily training delivered in 4 week blocks
  • Workouts are specific to your particular needs, goals, and personal schedule
  • Daily workout details include session specifics, target intensity, duration, and coach’s comments

Feedback and Review

  • Weekly review of training with adjustments made as required
  • Athlete initiated contact as needed, weekly coach check-in as needed

Extras

  • Basic Training Peaks ‘linked to coach’ account*
  • Race day strategy for priority races (pacing, nutrition, etc) – unlimited race days
  • 10% discount off Cowbell Coaching training camps

$40 per week
Payment may be made weekly, fortnightly ($80) or monthly ($173)

Elite

  • Daily contact as required (athlete or coach initiated)

$65 per week
Payment may be made weekly, fortnightly ($130) or monthly ($282)

Strength & Stability

A available as an add-on to both packages. You will require access to a gym or the minimum equipment listed below. The strength and stability add-on is an additional investment in your training that delivers significant benefits. Recommended for experienced racers or as an indoor alternative through winter.


  • Strength training incorporated in to plan – session by session specifics customised to your needs and current level of conditioning, including reps, sets, weights (where applicable), and clear description of exercise or link to video.
  • Delivered as an attachment within Training Peaks.

Minimum Equipment Required

  • Dumbbells in at least 2kg increments from 2-15kg
  • Plyo box
  • Balance cushion
  • Swiss ball
  • Spare handlebars (with grips)
  • Bosu ball or second balance cushion

+$25 per week
Payment may be made weekly, fortnightly ($50) or monthly ($108)

*Upgrade to a premium account for an additional $5 per week.  If you intend to use premium for 6 months or more, you can save some money by upgrading directly with Training Peaks.
