Limited personal coaching positions are available.  I am not currently taking on new riders.  Self-guided training plans may be an option for you, especially if you are self-motivated and used to training and following a programme.


I specialise in coaching for mountain biking and cyclocross, but that doesn’t mean there’s no time for the road.  In fact, most of my riders spend ample time on the road and participate in a number of road events.  What you do and how you do it depends on a combination of the equipment you have, your preferences and your goals.

No matter what your preferred discipline or style of event is I can tailor a programme to suit your needs.  I have tailored programmes for:
