Whaka 100 Basic Training Plan

This training plan is for Whaka 100 first timers with limited racing and riding experience.  It’s aimed specifically at people who don’t have a lot of time or fancy gadgets (but you can use them if you do) but want to bring some structure in to the final weeks of their preparation to get the most out of themselves.  You can download a pdf version of the plan here, and copy of the training zone descriptors shown below here.
